These portions feed approximately 2 people. Bubba has a big portion and I usually split a portion with Baby Boy.
2c almond milk (or other milk substitute)
1 frozen banana (I slice and store bananas to keep in the freezer)
1/2c blueberries (we use frozen or fresh depending on the time of year)
1 squirt (approximately 1T) Liquid Coconut Oil
3 scoops vanilla soy protein powder (Genisoy is the brand we use)
dash of cinnamon (approximately 1/4t)
*optional – add a handful of fresh or frozen spinach
Blend on high speed until smooth. Bubba usually has hers right away for breakfast. I use Little Green Pouches to bring some on the go for Baby Boy.
